Yi Jing, Oracle of the Moon

Qián-Xùn, Heaven-Wind/Wood
trigram Heaven    Wind

When Qián meets Xùn, Heaven brings fearlessness and perseverance, but Heaven can never deviate from its severe laws. Heaven's rotation reigns the cycles. Everything starts, grows, declines and disappears again. Wind brings the movement forward, the freedom to choose, and its inherent insecurity. It is the change into an uncertain future, but always with remnants of the past. Wind below Heaven brings everything that can go right or wrong: life.
In the cycle of the year Heaven and Wind bring a new crop, in the cycles of life they bring new generations, new creations. Take care of the new seeds, they are vulnerable. Their health depends largely on your decisions, the slightest nudge in the wrong direction can cause disaster. But also care for the past they carry with them; it's part of what they are. Your choices will form your mandate, even when it is just the one of 'today'.

This is the short answer - click for the complete one with the spirit helpers.

About the 3 lines of the trigrams and the spirit helpers:
Each line, active or at rest, summons one of the 8 trigrams as a Helper. For an activated line: telling you what you need - or about a problem area or something to avoid.
For a stationary line: this is what you already have or do or what you don't need. Often we just need a reminder of our abilities. Or it could be what you wish or fear - but will not happen.
Active lines are the helpers to change things, they listen to intentions, which can come from you, surroundings, or fate. Stationary helpers are part of the core meaning, they are your soul talking, but they also see the impossibilities or what is lacking at the moment. They reinforce the overall power of a reading.
