When overseeing is beneficial, everything will obey and thrive.

41.6 yang: Non-decreasing increasing it. Without fault. Determination auspicious. Fruitful to proceed probing. Acquire servants without family.

Increasing by not decreasing. When things are allowed to grow, they grow (by themselves).

Lines 19.6 and 41.6 are each others fanyao, like views on the same landscape but from a different side, Earth-Mountain and vv. Asking for different actions.

20.1 yin: Youthful contemplation. For small people no fault. For a noble man distress.

When inexperienced watch with an open mind, when experienced with wisdom.
