Hexagram Mirrors - Line Reflections
(line pathways)

Mirror group 15.5-39.5-16.2-40.2

About how convinced to be without losing flexibility

15.5 yin: Not rich through one's neighbor. Fruitful to benefit from invading and attacking. Nothing that does not bear fruit.
Don't starve by politeness, go after what you need.

39.5 yang: Big limping: partners come.
Show what you need (dare not to know-all) and others may come to help.

Lines 15.5 and 39.5 are each others zhi-yao (fanyao), like views on the same landscape but from a different side, Earth-Water and vv. Asking for different (complementary) actions.

16.2 yin: Confined by rocks. Not to the end of the day. Determination auspicious.
Don't petrify, live with an open heart.

40.2 yang: At the hunt catching three foxes. Acquiring a gold arrow. Determination auspicious.
Do what you need to improve yourself and your world.

Lines 16.2 and 40.2 are each others fanyao, like views on the same landscape but from a different side, Earth-Water and vv. Asking for different (complementary) actions.

Lines 15.5 and 16.2 and also 39.5 and 40.5 are each others qianyao (upside-down). Here are similar actions but in different landscapes (complementary contexts).
What was up, outside or mental, is now down, inside or physical.

Mirror groups 15.5-39.5 and 09.2-37.2 are contrasts
(all yang lines of Mirror 15.5-39.5 are yin lines in Mirror 09.2-37.2 and vv)
Mirror 15.5 is about going far but still knowing the limits.
Mirror 09.2 is about responding when it is right.
