Hexagram Mirrors - Line Reflections
(line pathways)

Mirror group 09.5-26.5-10.2-25.2

About how the core, not the action, decides the outcome.

09.5 yang: Tied by sincerity. Rich through one’s neighbor.
Sincere with the people around you, then all will trust and help you.

When tending a farm and contact with higher values come together.

  26.5 yin: A gelded pig’s tusks. Auspicious.
When the core has no danger, the weapon becomes art.

Lines 09.5 and 26.5 are each others fanyao, like views on the same landscape but from a different side, Wind-Mountain and vv. Asking for different actions.

10.2 yang: Walking the way, calm and frank. Hermit’s determination, auspicious.
Walking in harmony with universe. An action which follows universe turns into beauty.

When conduct and the genuine come together.

25.2 yin: Not counting on the harvest while plowing, or on the use of the land while tilling. It is fruitful to proceed probing.
No action beyond now, in harmony with universe. Every goal destroys eternity.

Lines 10.2 and 25.2 are each others fanyao, like views on the same landscape but from a different side, Lake-Thunder and vv. Asking for different actions.

Lines 09.5 and 10.2 and also 25.2 and 26.5 are each others qianyao (upside-down). Here are similar actions but in different landscapes (complementary contexts).
What was up, outside or mental, is now down, inside or physical.

Mirror groups 09.5-26.5 and 15.2-46.2 are contrasts
(all yang lines of Mirror 09.5 are yin lines in Mirror 15.2 and vv)
Mirror 09.5 is about how goals destroy eternity.
Mirror 15.2 is about how the core, not the action, decides the outcome.
