7.1: The legion marches out according to rules. Not very good augury: pitfall.
Different minds need clear rules to work together.
8.6: Standing by without a head. Pitfall.
In order to work together you have to know what it is about.
19.1: Together nearing. Determination auspicious.
Overseeing only works with dedication and empathy.
20.6: Contemplating someone's life. A noble man, no fault.
For judgment one's own mind must be free.
Mirrors 7.1 and 13.1 are complementary

Mirror 7.1 is about cooperation needing openness, freedom and clarity.
Mirror 13.6 is about letting go preconceptions and accepting the rules of reality.
