Hexagram Mirrors - Line Reflections
(line pathways)

The mirror of 05.1-48.1-06.6-47.6

About how nothing is unchangeably fixed.

05.1 Waiting in the field. Harvest: benefit of steadiness. No fault.
When there is nothing, there is still a chance that something might happen.

48.1 The well is muddy, no drinking. Ancient well, no birds.
Things can decline beyond repair. Find out if they did, or if there is still something you can do.

06.6 Maybe a money-belt as reward. Before the end of a morning, 3 times stripped of it.
Don't depend on things, nothing is permanent.

47.6 Tied to creepers and vines, to unsteadiness and anxiousness. Says moving is distress. Have regret. Effectuate that things be set right: auspicious.
It is not about what you see, but how you see it.

The theme of this mirror: everything can change

Mirrors 05.1 and 21.1 are complementary

(all yang lines of Mirror 05.1 are yin lines in Mirror 21.1 and vv)

Mirror 05.1 is about nothing being fixed and unchangeable.
Mirror 21.1 is about things not working the way you'd want or expect them to. Some things refuse to be changed.
