Yi Jing, Oracle of the Moon

Deng Ming-Dao

Very good YiJing! Nowhere complicated, on the contrary, Deng gives clear descriptions of bi- and trigrams, hexagrams and lines. He has an extensive knowledge of Chinese tradition. There are other I Chings with more "accurate" translation and interpretation of the lines, but in this case I don't mind. Poetry is not accurate.
The language and views are of a true diviner or daoist, based on reality and "Great Images" both. For oracles there is no distance between the two, life is based on archetypes, and images are based on reality.

Every hexagram has a beautiful poem describing its name.
